I think a huge part of my bar prep (I had planned to take the Feb. 2015 UBE in AZ, but I have since decided the July 2015 exam will work best for me.) will be taking a holistic approach as you discussed and as Jackson has encouraged. I have a psychology background as well, so I know that physical, mental and emotional health cannot be ignored. Nonetheless, I have always ignored everything but my studies - such a bad game plan!! This time around I WILL follow your lead Natalya, by nurturing all areas of my life while studying for the July 2015 Bar.
