Episode 18: Show Notes
In today's episode I tackle one of the biggest, most persistent and ultimately, most harmful myths about studying and taking the bar exam: issue spotting. If you take one of the "BigBox" bar reviews, you'll have issue spotting pounded into your brain and if you listen to the law school professors you'll be sure it's the 'only' way to pass the exam.
The problem? It's just not true. The bar exam is nothing like law school and issue spotting is a gigantic waste of time, energy and words. In this episode I'll explain why you should avoid issue spotting on your bar exam!
In upcoming episodes I'll be counting up through all ten myths that destroy productivity and keep bar takers from passing the exam.

Episode 17: Show Notes
If you just finished your bar exam you're probably wondering, "what now?" That's a great question and in today's Podcast, I'll address one of the big concerns - should you post-mortem your exam?
As you'll learn, the waiting period until bar exam results are released can be a time of frustration - or can be put to good use - and this episode will help.
I've also just written a new blog post on this topic called: "5 Things to Do While You Wait for Your Bar Exam Results" and you'll want to check that out as well.
After listening to this episode, what do you think? I'd love to hear your thoughts, questions and experiences about the bar exam and the post-mortem process.

Episode 16: Show Notes
Is the bar exam the same as a law school final? Should you prepare for the bar exam as you studied for finals in school? Isn't the bar exam just the final test of law school? If you answered "Yes" to any of those questions, you're going to want to be sure to listen to today's episode from my series "Top 10 Bar Exam Myths" I talk about Myth #4: "It Worked in Law School."
You'll learn what makes the bar exam vastly different from a law school test and why the study and testing habits you had in law school will be of substantially less value in passing the bar.
In upcoming episodes I'll be counting up through all ten myths that destroy productivity and keep bar takers from passing the exam.

How can that be? As you listen to today's message from my series "Top 10 Bar Exam Myths" I talk about Myth #5: "Know the Law Cold!"It may shake you up but it's a message you absolutely don't want to miss!
In upcoming episodes I'll be counting up through all ten myths that destroy productivity and keep bar takers from passing the exam.
